	A shared appreciation for some of the simpler things in life!
	With a jolly attitude and a big appetite, Big Dan shares some of his favorite local events, Internet sites and even a few recipies. Good Cookin' Big Dan's wife, Ms. Margo, is busy in the kitchen trying different recipies. Big Dan can't wait to taste them all to see which ones he likes best. Small Peach cake 1 cup Sugar 1 tbsp flour 2 tsp ground cinnamon 6 peaches: pitted, peeled & sliced 1/4 cup butter softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1 cup flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup milk In a large bowl combine the 1 cup sugar, 1 tbsp flour, cinnamon and peaches. Toss to coat. Place in a greased 8 inch square baking pan. in another large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat the egg. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk. Drop by spoonfuls onto the peaches and spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
